Shells in the Style of Georgia O'Keeffe- First Grade

After viewing and talking about Georgia O'keefe's work, 

students each had a real shell to draw from in the up-close style of O'Keeffe.  They were then advised to use only two chalk pastel colors; one for the shell and another for the background.
