This project was inspired by the book "The Splendid Spotted Snake" by Ann Schwartz and Alexander Wilensky. The class talked about the letter 'Ss' and the sound 'Ss' makes. We then used circles to decorate the snakes after discussing how 'Cc' makes a sound similar to 'Ss' in the word 'circle'. This art project was inspired by:
